SYFT Engineered Screen Panels

Standard SYFT screen panels are engineered as direct drop-in replacements for many Rotex® units handling virtually any dry material. Built standard in 304 stainless steel, these panels are designed to match or exceed OEM performance while offering improved value and local availability. Mesh size, wire diameter, and material options can all be customized to your specifications, allowing us to tailor open area, durability, and handling to your process and equipment.

SYFTX Hardened Mesh

SYFTX is our proprietary hardened woven wire mesh technology, developed so the hardened layer can deliver up to 3× the wear life of the base stainless material in demanding conditions. By diffusion-hardening the wire rather than applying a surface coating, SYFTX maintains mesh geometry while dramatically increasing resistance to abrasion and wear. It can be supplied as part of complete screen panels or in bulk form for extremely abrasive or high-duty screening applications where conventional mesh simply doesn’t last.

Bulk Wire Mesh

For sites and fabricators that build or refurbish their own screen panels or use mesh in other process equipment, SYFT supplies bulk screening and wire mesh products in a wide range of specifications. We can provide most common (and many specialty) combinations of mesh count, wire diameter, roll width, and length—typically sold by the roll, with local inventory and stocking programs available. This gives you a reliable Western Canadian source for woven wire without relying on long, uncertain global supply chains.

Pre-cut Screen Panels

SYFT provides pre-cut woven wire mesh panels made to match your required dimensions, material, and screening specification. Designed for OEM-style equipment that uses flat wire mesh screen sections, these panels are supplied cut-to-size for straightforward replacement and application-specific performance.

Screen De-blinding Balls

SYFT supplies de-blinding screen balls for industrial screening applications where blinding, pegging, and material buildup reduce screening efficiency. Available in silicone, rubber, and custom material formulations, our screen balls are designed to help keep mesh openings clear and maintain consistent material flow across vibrating and gyratory screening equipment.

Common Screening Challenges

Holes Getting you Down?

Most sites face recurring issues with their screens and screening providers—often costing far more in downtime, maintenance, and frustration than the screen itself.

What problems are you facing today?

SYFT Solutions is a phone call away and are more than ready to support you with a solution.

Premature Wear

Screens wearing out early in abrasive or high-temperature service, forcing unplanned shutdowns, emergency changeouts, and higher maintenance costs than you budgeted for.

Technical Support_edited.png

Technical Support

A vendor who can ship a screen, but can’t help diagnose blinding, carryover, or chronic failures—or work with your team to optimize separation efficiency.

Broken Chain Link_edited.png

Poor Screen Quality

Inconsistent build quality that leads to tears, broken wires, and fitment issues—causing nuisance shutdowns and making it hard to trust your screening performance.

Customized_edited.png

Customized Needs

“One-size-fits-all” panels that ignore your material characteristics, operating temperatures, and process bottlenecks, instead of being engineered around your specific application.

inventory-logistics_edited.png

Inventory and Supply Chain

Constant rush orders, long lead times, and unpredictable availability that leave your critical screens stuck in transit instead of on the machine.

Tariffs_edited.png

Tariffs and global supply

Tariffs, currency swings, and geopolitical risk that add cost, complexity, and uncertainty when you’re tied to offshore or multinational OEM supply chains.
